I came across this recipe in the Hyvee Magazine. Whoever lived in my place before me used to get it, and it still shows up in the mailbox. I really enjoy it, and am always tearing out recipes to try. This is one of those!
Sauteed Brussels Sprouts Salad
I was intrigued because when I think salad I don’t think “warm”. But it turned out pretty good!
For amateurs like me it’s always easier when you get stuff ready ahead of time.
If I do it again I’ll cook the sprouts a little longer, they weren’t quite tender enough.
